Enjoy our mixed collection of organic quail eggs. The average weight of a quail egg is 12 grams.

They can be hard boiled and placed in salads, served as appetizers and simply consumed in a variety of ways for breakfast.

Our quail eggs have a mild, slightly gamey flavour, with an extra rich creamy yolk and a higher yolk to white ratio.

Why eat quail eggs?

Quail eggs contain more fat and protein by weight, double the iron and riboflavin, and about 1/3 more vitamin B-12 than chicken eggs. They have 3 to 4 times the nutritional value of chicken eggs and also provide as much as 5 times the iron and potassium of regular chicken eggs.

Quail eggs are known to help in preventing the symptoms of many allergies, including hay fever and sinusitis. They can also improve digestion, immune system function and assist with detoxification.
